Marshall Farms Sells Toys to Pet Stores—and Beagles to Labs

Marshall Farms, AKA Marshall BioResources, breeds beagles “to order” for laboratories around the world where they are impregnated, drugged, mutilated, burned, cut open, and tortured. Beagles are Marshall’s breed of choice because even when they’re being abused, they don’t bite.

A Marshall representative heartlessly stated,“We will breed anything a lab wants. If they want a dog with three legs or an abnormally large heart, we can do it.”

Marshall Farms owns another company, Marshall Pet Products, which sells food, toys, and other accessories to pet stores. Despite hearing from PETA about the cruelty that defines Marshall Farms, Petco, and That Pet Place continue to partner with this conglomerate just to make a profit.

Please take each action below to urge these businesses to reconsider their business relationship with Marshall Farms:

• Not only does Petco financially support the breeding of beagles for experimentation by sourcing products from Marshall Pet Products, it also traffics ferrets from the cruel breeder. Call Petco at (877) 738-6742 (press 5) to let them know you are taking your business elsewhere until they reconsider their ties to Marshall and stop selling animals!

• Visit Petco’s social media pages to comment that you will shop elsewhere until they dump Marshall. Use their own hashtags #Petcolove and #Petcofamily to make a greater impact.

• That Pet Place also helps finance Marshall’s vile practices by selling Marshall products. Visit That Pet Place on social and send a message asking it to stop propping up the cruel animal experimentation industry by selling Marshall Pet Products.
