Update: California Refinery Ditches Bird Poison

As you may know, PETA recently received reports that Valero’s Benicia Refinery in California was using avicides (poisoned bait) to “control” birds. Valero has made the compassionate decision to halt the use of poisoned bait and instead investigate humane, tried-and-true bird deterrents!
