Speak Up for Dog Abused in Viral Video!

Earlier this month, PETA was alerted to a shocking video, which was captured on security camera and then posted to Instagram, depicting what appears to be a woman forcefully biting and/or screaming into the face of her small terrified dog, and hurling the helpless animal by the neck into an apartment. York County officials acted swiftly, seizing the victim and charging his alleged abuser, Jessica Brooke McCampbell of Rock Hill, South Carolina, with cruelty to animals, according to news sources.

Please take a moment to thank the York County solicitor for taking this case seriously, and respectfully ask that his office pursue a lifetime ban on owning animals if there is a conviction, in addition to maximum fines and incarceration.
