Cat Rescued From Utility Pole in Colorado!

Thank you to all who responded to the call to action regarding a cat trapped on a utility pole for over five days in Sanford, Colorado. The grateful guardian has confirmed that the cat has been rescued.

PETA has been contacted by the frantic guardian of a cat who’s reportedly been stranded atop a utility pole in below-freezing temperatures for more than five days at 210 Fourth St. in Sanford, Colorado. Despite numerous calls from the guardian and PETA to the company responsible for the utility pole, Xcel Energy, the animal reportedly remains stranded and in obvious danger of being electrocuted or falling to his death.
