Did you know that there are only four states that don’t have a vegan restaurant? Well, soon, you’ll be able to scratch North Dakota off that list when the Green House Café opens. (The other three states are South Dakota, Wyoming, and Arkansas.)
The restaurant is set to open its doors in the quickly growing Fargo metro area after making waves at the Red River Market with popular items such as Mediterranean and Hawaiian bowls.
The brick-and-mortar restaurant will be smack in the middle of the city, on Broadway. Extra bonus: It will serve locally crafted beer to thirsty downtowners. For the love of animals, the environment, and your health, get thee to the Green House Café and try some plant-based goodness!
