Tell Dior to End Angora Cruelty

Clothing brand Christian Dior sells angora despite the hundreds of other brands that have banned it and the overwhelming evidence that angora production is among the most abusive practices in fashion. Rabbits used for angora endure excruciating treatment: workers pin them down and yank out their hair as the animals scream in agony. Others are restrained and violently shorn, leaving them with painful cuts and wounds.

When this isn’t happening, the rabbits are forced to live inside cramped, filthy cages where they’re deprived of everything natural and important to them. Years later, if they haven’t slowly died from injuries or illness, they are hung upside down, and their throats are slit.

With more than 500 well-known brands—including Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, H&M, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, and Valentino—that have banned angora, any retailer still selling it is an outlier.

Demand that Dior stop selling angora.
