The “Every Woman’s Marathon” is a Sexist Ploy to Manipulate Women

The Every Woman’s Marathon—an event created by Dirty Dairy specifically to target women—is held annually in a new city each year.

The entire dairy industry depends on exploiting the female reproductive system, and people are catching on. The industry is grasping at straws, throwing millions at events marketed to female athletes and gamers, not because cow’s milk is good for the human body, but in order to keep their industry afloat.

Cows produce milk for the same reason humans do: to feed their babies. On dairy farms, a female cow’s value depends on her capacity to reproduce and lactate. When she is forcibly manually impregnated (often by being mounted on what industry insiders have called a “rape rack,” as farmers jam a metal rod into her vagina), her baby will then be taken from her, sometimes just hours after birth so her milk can be sold for human consumption. Once her reproductive system deteriorates or she becomes too old, weak, or sick to continue a life of molestation, she will be killed.

Don’t let the dairy industry get away with pretending to care about women by funding events like the Every Woman’s Marathon.
