Washington – Watch out, Capitol Hill: Here comes PETA! The group, led by a bikini-clad “Lettuce Lady” wearing nothing but strategically placed lettuce leaves, will dish up free, delicious, heart-healthy veggie dogs at this year’s Congressional Veggie Dog Giveaway, PETA’s answer to the meat industry’s annual Hot Dog Lunch on National Hot Dog Day, and I thought you might be interested in including this event in your calendar section:
