Tropical Fruit Freeze

1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen banana chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2-1 cup low-fat soy or rice milk

• In a blender, combine all the ingredients until very smooth, stirring occasionally. For a thinner consistency, add a bit more soy milk or rice milk.
• Serve immediately.
