Sweet Potato Biscuits

1 cup cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds

• Mash the sweet potatoes well in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients and the oil. Mix well. Add the seeds.
• Using your hands, form into 6 biscuits. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 375°F.

Makes 1 dozen

    Also, I made this recipe and was very disappointed when I took a bite and all I could taste was baking powder. This recipe would be amazing with some revisions, I suggest WAAAY less baking powder.
    It was super quick and super easy otherwise!

    It says the recipe makes 1 dozen however, if you look at the last direction it says “Using your hands, form into 6 biscuits.”
