Okay, as someone of Italiano heritage, you KNOW I gotta get into this, LOL!!! This looks super delicious and is at the top of my grocery list. This looks so good, I tweeted the recipe for the soy meatballs on my twitter feed. Excellent.

Nate’s makes delicious Italian meatless meatballs. “Zesty Italian”. Possibly your health food store might be able to order these. I have heard that the grocery store Wegman’s carries them too. I am also looking for an easy recipe to make meetballs.

Is there anyone that would be kind enough to share a recipe for making soy meatballs from scratch with me or possibly a place to purchase them in the Boston, MA. area? Thank you very much and Happy Holidays!

This is SO delicious! I am about to make my third one for the third day in a row! :D I halved it, since it was just for me, and used more marinara sauce and more mozzarella. Plus, I added a few dashes of italian seasoning and a little bit of parmesan. So easy and SO delicious!
