Roasted Potatoes

4 medium-large potatoes
2 tsp. Schilling Garlic and Herb Seasoning or other seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper

• Preheat oven to 500°F.
• Scrub the potatoes and cut them into strips.
• Lightly spray a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and spread the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to mix. Bake until tender when pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
