Greektown Pizza

1/2 cup hummus
1 vegan pizza crust
2 small, firm tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup sliced olives
3-4 pepperoncini, sliced
1/2 tsp. chopped oregano
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly crushed black pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

• Preheat the oven to 425°F.
• Spread the hummus over the pizza crust. Top with the tomato slices, olives, and pepperoncini.
• Sprinkle the oregano, salt, and pepper over the top. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and drizzle with the olive oil.
