Fancy Thai Ramen

1 pkg. ramen noodles, oriental flavor
1/4 cup peanut butter, chunky or smooth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Sugar, to taste
Veggies of your choice, optional

• Boil and drain the ramen noodles.
• Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil and stir well. If desired, add the sugar and veggies. Enjoy.

    This has to be a mistake. 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce for 1 package of ramen noodles would be horribly salty, not just unhealthy. Also this works out to be about 2/3 of a cup of sauce for 1 package of ramen: much too much liquid.
