Los Angeles -- On Friday, PETA Honorary Director Pamela Anderson will take a short break from her daily Dancing With the Stars rehearsals to shake things up at West Hollywood's Millions of Milkshakes, where she will personally whip up the shop's first-ever all-vegan shake--the "Pamela Anderson."
When: Friday, April 9, 3 p.m. Where: Millions of Milkshakes, 8910 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood "[You] can create a truly delicious treat without having to rely on any animal products in the process," says Anderson. "I've always liked to shake things up, so I'm thrilled to create the first vegan item on the menu." There are lots of great reasons to choose dairy-free dishes and drinks. A dairy-free diet can lower the risk of cancer, heart disease, and obesity in adults as well as allergies, ear infections, and juvenile-onset diabetes in children. Plus, as the "Pamela Anderson" will show, nondairy options are delicious. For more information, please visit PETA.org and millionsofmilkshakes.com.
