Vegan Lasagne1 package vegan veggie burger crumbles2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp. basil1–2 packages lasagne noodles (consider using the kind that doesn't require boiling)2 1/2 cups tofu ricotta1–2 jars tomato pasta sauce16 oz. vegan mozzarella cheese
