Homemade Polenta With Mushroom Marinara Sauce 6 cups water1 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. vegan margarine2 cups cornmeal1 Tbsp. extra-virgin
olive oil2 cloves garlic, finely
diced16 oz. marinara sauce8 oz. white mushrooms,
sliced1–2 Tbsp. vegan Parmesan

You can also use
store-bought polenta for this recipe—just follow the package directions before
