    I have the same concerns a lot of other people on here do. Most of this food is over processed. I do not like tofu or any or the “fake” meats, cannot tolerate the taste or texture of Almond, Soy, or Coconut milk. I hate the coconut milk ice cream. I miss enjoying eating. I miss chocolate, omelets, soft bread, ice cream etc…I am losing weight like crazy since I started eating no meat, eggs, milk, cheese. I am 5′ 6″ and only weight 114 now. I am depressed and losing my strength to keep going with the vegan diet. I believe we are not meant to eat meat or animal products but I cannot do this if I just waste away to nothing. PLEASE HELP!
