PETA Trails March of Dimes
To show how the March of Dimes “hangs babies out to dry while animals die,” PETA demonstrated at the charity’s offices in three dozen cities. PETA wants donors to know that the March of Dimes funds cruel, archaic animal experiments instead of life-saving programs to help babies.

• Tell the March of Dimes (and all animal-testing charities) that you will not contribute until it stops funding animal tests. And tell it that you only donate to charities that help babies without harming animals, such as Easter Seals and Birth Defect Research for Children.

7th Heaven star David Gallagher appears in PETA’s new
PSA aimed at stopping violence in the classroom by cutting out dissection. There are better ways to learn anatomy, and “you’ll learn just as much about animals—including respect for them,” says Gallagher.
