@butcher_baker_candlestickmaker hahaha :') propaganda? Sooo many videos by sooo many groups, even the news so how can these all be faked? How can you fake seeing a pigs ears and tail being ripped off? Fur is dead and so is flesh, don't teach your children that abusing animals for their taste buds is right. PETA may be extreme but at least they fight how what is right!

All the butcher shops I worked for (beef, pork, lamb) killed the animals very quickly and safely without any pain to the animal. I've seen PETA's propaganda videos and I have to say that is NOT what I saw at my previous places of employment. After working in the meat industry, I am still an omnivore. feel free to ask me questions or comment too.

Plants are livings things too. Does that mean you are murderers too since you all say meat is murder because they are livings things. Well plants are living things too. think about it before attacking all meat eater. Feel free to flame me

So, earlier I was browsing bored.com (as always, LOL), and I found a game called Crazy Cooking Mama. It was pro-PETA, and it provided info on how sick and inhumane killing animals for food was. After clicking the links and watching the videos, I promptly went to PETA's website and found out a lot of interesting things about switching to a meat free diet. It was a combination of the health benefits and the nightmarish videos that made me take the pledge to become a vegan for 30 days. I am excited to start this new regimen, and can't wait to see what changes this brings. And so, to all of the people who have commented saying things like 'meat is the circle of life' and 'i love meat', I would like to ask you all one question: If you love meat so much, why the hell are you on PETA's website?

Meat, its just the circle of life. You need to have meat atleast some point in time. i agree we should stop killing animals but What about ourselves? what if one day we dont have vegetables? what do you think we will have to do? We dont kill animals but do those animals form a society club about not killing humans? I eat Meat And vegetables and I love to You can hate all you want but its just the circle of LIFE.

Picture this: you are happily eating away at grass when you are captured by humans. They torture you and then one day they kill you. You look down from mink heaven and see somebody wearing you.
