Hi im a vegetarian athlete. my friend critty put me on to the idea of being a vegetarian because he is very healthy and fit and is a vegetarian. therefore, i was able to see the benefits of being a vegetarian, as critty showed me his hot ripped body and how much endurance he had from this diet. i now have a lot of endurance due to my diet and i also am working on becoming more ripped. i also have taken creatine to help with that, but presently i am in between cycles and off the creatine. thanks, critty! also, shout out to kilgo. Bye!
