'I'm Too Sexy for Leather' Contest Winners Announced

Thousands of people visited PETA's Web sites to vote for their favorite vinyl-clad vixen and latex-clad lad in the annual "I'm Too Sexy for Leather" contest. It was a close race, but the people have spoken, and Meggan from Burbank, California, and Christopher from Salisbury, Maryland, are this year's winners!

'I'm Too Sexy for Leather' Contest Winners Announced

We received skintillating entries from coast to coast, but only two people could be crowned this year's king and queen of sin—sinthetics, that is. In addition to bragging rights, both Meggan and Christopher will be taking home $100 gift certificates from Forplay Inc., thanks to a very kind donation from the company.

All our enticing entrants listed a variety of reasons for going skin-free. The hot and humane heartbreakers said they steer clear of leather because they'd rather fake it in faux than torture animals for their skins. But they not only love saving the lives of animals—they love the hot look of cruelty-free fashions as well.

We want to thank everyone who entered our contest—and Forplay Inc. for awarding the prizes!

Now it's your chance to get a killer look without hurting animals. Ditch fur, leather, wool, and other dead-end "fashions" for good—pledge to "Go Faux for Fall!"
