Conscious pig being skinned alive. After slitting this pig’s throat with a knife that wasn’t big enough to cut major arteries, farm workers sliced the skin from the back of the conscious sow. Top picture shows her skin being sliced off; bottom picture shows a worker cutting off her back leg with a saw—the animal was conscious and writhing in pain during both procedures.
