PETA
received hundreds of entries for this year’s “Sexiest
Vegetarian” contest. Entrants cited a number of reasons
for saying “No!” to meat, from saving the lives
of animals to improving their own health to helping the environment
by not supporting the meat industry, which also treats workers
and animals badly.
The photos say it all: Vegetarians are beautiful. Generally
slimmer, fitter, and healthier than meat-eaters, vegetarians
are beautiful on the inside, too, with a compassionate diet
that spares animals’ lives.
