Our “Meet Your Meat” demo in Cortland was amazing. The town is small (approximately 20,000 people) and located smack dab in the middle of cattle country. Everyone we met on the streets was so open to the idea of not eating animals! There were a ton of people who drove past, honked their horns, smiled, and waved at us. One woman, a vegetarian, asked our advice on alternatives to leather shoes. I told her about our CowsAreCool.com site and our free guide to leather-free products. Did I mention it was snowing, too?!

Our next stops are Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Chicago.
