Get Piggy With It

April is the perfect month to get piggy with it, and say "no shanks" to artery-clogging ham, pork, and sausage products. Why? Because pigs are fascinating and intelligent animals who deserve a lot more respect than becoming the centerpiece of our meals and being a euphemism for being stupid or a slob. Did you know that pigs are courageous and have risked their own lives to save human lives? And pigs are very clever. Scientists note they have the intelligence of at least a three-year-old child and are able to play video games.

Intrigued? Take our "Pigs Are Friends, Not Food" quiz and learn more! Remember, you may be picked to receive a delicious sham ham basket from May Wah. The deadline for this contest is May 1, 2004.
