For the millions of animals on factory farms, in corporate testing labs, and in cramped cages in circuses and other entertainment acts, 2004 started as just another day in hell at the hands of animal abusers.
We must all make a resolution this year to do even more to help these animals. For some of us, this renewed commitment might come in the form of a much-needed donation to PETA.
Your donations directly help PETA fight 24-7 against animal abuse. We've exposed horrific suffering in the fur and leather industries; launched undercover investigations that have led to first-ever cruelty prosecutions of animal abusers on factory farms and in circuses; publicized conditions in animal agriculture, such as those that have led to mad cow disease, that harm the health of all animals, including humans; and provided invaluable testimony to government agencies about the cruelty of animal testing and many other issues affecting millions of lives every single day. Click here for a sampling of some of PETA's recent achievements.
PETA resolves to never let up in our campaigns against all forms of animal abuse-but we need your support as we push massive corporations and government bureaucracies into giving animals the freedom from fear and suffering that all living beings deserve. The single biggest obstacle to helping animals in need is a lack of funding.
Won't you please resolve to help PETA help animals in 2004?
