‘Win It’ Wednesday: Tippitappi T-Shirts

Written by PETA | April 7, 2010

During the first weeks of spring, wearing a T-shirt sans jacket is a feeling that can’t be beat. Actually, I take that back—wearing a T-shirt with an animal-friendly message sans jacket is the only thing that can beat that, which is why for this week’s “Win It” Wednesday, we’re putting the tee in generosity by giving away these 100 percent organic cotton shirts from Italy-based Tippitappi:

Organic Cotton Shirts

How do you win? Tell us all about the places you’ll go while sporting one of these tees with a message. The three readers whose must-see spring hot spots most make us want to get out of our seats and travel will each get to choose the shirt of his or her choice from the five shirts pictured above.

The contest ends on April 21, 2010, and we’ll pick the winners on April 23, 2010. Be sure to read our privacy policy and terms and conditions, as you’re agreeing to both by commenting. Good luck!

Two of my really good friends who I haven’t seen since i moved last year are coming to see me in a few weeks. All three of us are fascinated, enthralled, awed, obsessed with, and intensely interested in the Civil War. We’re planning a week long journey throughout my state and we’re going to all the significant Civil War sites, battlegrounds, museums, memorials, etc… It’s definitely an adventure that requires activist shirts for stopping animal cruelty! The Civil War divided the nation and animal cruelty divides the good from the bad. It’s time to advocate!

http://www.kittycatchats.com/search/label/Fellow%20Felines There is NO excuse for this type of treatment to occur and those that did it need to be locked in a cage and fed only kibble and water! The outpouring of support to this little fellow is amazing and shows to me that there still are decent humans left wandering the earth! http://www.kittycatchats.com/search/label/Fellow%20Felines

I am a teacher so I would wear this shirt to my school so that my students would see it. What better way to promote veganism than by starting with youth. They will surely ask questions about why I don’t eat animals and then I will really educate them.

If I had any of these shirts I’d first wear it to the Springs Preserve in Vegas. After that I’d go to the “Happiest Place on Earth”. No not a Barnum Bailey circusDisneyland.! Since it’s filled with people of all ages there it’s easier to spread the word about animals. Then after spending 5 days in Disneyland I’d pack my bags for a trip to Texas or Mexico since it’s full of carnivores in both places. After that I’d come back to Vegas put on a different shirt walk around on the Strip Town Square. Yup that’s my shirt adventure.

I’m super excited about getting to travel to Spain Italy and Egypt this June with some really close friends of mine. We’re taking two weeks to visit cities like Madrid Barcelona Nice France we’re driving through France on the way to Italy Venice Rome Florence Cairo and a few other places. I’d totally wear one of those tshirts while I’m there! I’ve only recently decided to go meatfree it’s been almost three months! but I’d be proud to tell the world about my decision.
