When a fire killed 50 cows on a dairy farm in New York, the owner remarked, “We are so thankful that no one was hurt.”

Another dairy farm in Colorado was made to pay out $7.5 million to settle a lawsuit in which consumers said the company misled them to believe that its organic milk came from cows who grazed outdoors on small farms, when in reality the cows were crammed onto filthy feedlots, just as they are on many organic dairy farms

I dont think this is the right site to tell people how we can use animal skin more efficient, i think you are just trying to promote your product and obviously trying to change our minds about leather which i doubt anyone who’s is vegan or a vegetarian like myself will take any notice, do’snt matter what you do to the leather an animal has had to die to make a handbag furniture. As for the owner which 50 cows died in fire his comment thankful no one was hurt just shows he has no regard to the poor cows that died he’s probably more concerned about how much money he’s lost.

  • More efficient use of animal produce says:

Ethical treatment of animals is serious issue that should be on the mind of any conscious human. A practical side of it is – how we use animals! If we cannot eliminate killing – we should use them more efficient. I would like to make a point about leather – cow’s or pig’s. A lot of things are made of leather such as furniture, car upholstery, handbags etc. There is a new technology that allows to change leather quality so that it starts emitting negative ions. Negative ions are proven to neutralize effect of bad electromagnetic frequencies produced by mobile phones, computers etc. As a result a lot of health conditions are improved. So simply using ionized leather in our living rooms, in the car etc we can benefit MORE. That would be a better utilization of leather! (REf: Swiss Energize
