Take Bob Harper’s 24-Hour Vegan Challenge

As one of America’s toughest trainers, The Biggest Loser‘s Bob Harper is hardcore. He’s taken 100 pounds off a man in a mere seven weeks (remember Rudy?), breaks contestants down and builds them back up during Last Chance Workouts, and gives us the skinny with his Trainer Tips on NBC. Now he’s focused on challenging the country to a 24-hour vegan cleanse.

Bob’s latest tweet reads, “Your Challenge today is to go the next 24 hours, starting now eliminating ALL animal products. Good for your heart AND the environment!!”

Go vegan? But how? Well, in the famed words of Bob himself, “Just stop talking and do it!” Or, you know, a vegetarian/vegan starter kit works just as well.

    Going vegan is so easy. In fact most people eat vegan meals during the day anyways and don’t even notice oatmeal and OJ pb and j sandwiches snacks fruit… Go Vegan!!

    Hi I’ve been vegetarian for the last 10 years now. I want to try the vegan diet for a while. I like cheese though and I eat eggs free range of course how do I do it? Is it all in the mind?

    I went vegan without a starterkit or challenge but if they really help to encourage people… Great! D

    I went vegan in November of 2009 one of the best changes in my life! I feel great my skin is great I no longer contribute to the horrible actions that take place in slaughter houses. Go vegan today!

    I noticed that when I went vegan I felt so much lighter and energtic.
