Once again regulation is passed that benefits only the wealthy. It is always that way. California 20 years later all nonAKC animals that were spayed and neutered have died with no progeny. Sorry little Timmy you have to watch T.V reruns of Lassie or visit the Zoo to see what a dog was because Daddy can’t afford to spend over $1000 for you to have a pet. Besides Californians are now unendated by inbred animal mill “purebreds”. Most of which now have congenital defects from the inbreeding. Only the wealthiest own animals since they alone can afford the costs associated with purchasing and owning an AKC animal and breeding it. Paris Hilton 6 dogs Little Timmy0
