Flour Power: Kim K Dusted in Fur Protest

Written by PETA | March 23, 2012

As Kim Kardashian made her way down the red carpet last night at an event to promote her fragrance, True Reflection, she caught a true reflection of how people feel about her penchant for fur. A woman shouting, “Fur hag!” dumped a bag of flour over Kardashian’s head. Check out this video sent to us by an activist immediately afterward:

Maybe this rude awakening will finally prompt Kim to consider how animals are anally electrocuted as well as bludgeoned and skinned alive so that she can drape their pelts across her back. Kim has been sent PETA’s fur farm exposé and should know full well the torture that animals endure.

PETA has written polite letters to Kim, erected billboards, and held protests. While we weren’t behind the flour delivery, we applaud the animal advocates who were. Hopefully a dusting with flour will cause her to take her head out of the clouds and recognize the blatant cruelty to animals that she promotes.

Those so-called “women” of the Kardashians are bent on shoving their rich lives on all of us weekely of the shows, guest apprearances on other tv shows, and selling everything they can.. They wear fur and flaunt it… I would have poured red paint on her and not flour..

    the kardashians are pure SQANKS!

You would think with all the money the Kardashines make for doing nothing, one of them would at least do something with a little morals and scruples. When these people became famous ( for what reason I still do not know, you would think they would be grateful that they are getting paid to humiliate themselves on national television)and do something positive. The same for Jennifer Lopez, but I guess they think if they have the money why not spend it torturing animals. it is obvious none of them care what goes into the makings of their fur wardrobe. but then of course that is REALITY T.V. or life.

With all the information out there it is just morally wrong to wear fur!!! You would think Khloe would have a more positive influence over her sister. A little flour is not painful but what is happening to animals is torture! If Khole is going to drop PETA over a little flour then she just did the campaign for publicity. Shame on you Khloe you are just as bad as your evil fur wearing sister!!! Kim K now but Jennifer Lopez also wears fur all the time! She needs to be next!!!! PETA you are my hero!!!!

Awww, poor Kimmy, embaressed like that in front of all those people, boo hoo… At least having flour put on you is harmless, completely removable, and probably good for your scalp… The animals she wears can’t get their skin put back on, EVER. And I’m pretty sure being skinned alive isn’t good for their scalp either.

I love all your comments..I posted on facebook to all my friends about the new Calabasas store opening featuring the Kardashians…yippppeee !!

  • Thaheera Althaf says:

Kim deserves much more than just flour poured over her. If she doesn’t change her pathetic mindset after viewing the video peta sent her, I declare that she ain’t got a tinge of humanity in her. And kudos to the flour thrower, you rock!!

  • merran says:

I dont know what this woman is famous for apart from wearing fur. She looked so shocked and horrified, just the same as any animal that has to endure the shock, horror and agony of being skinned alive by humans! Fur and civilized nations do not go hand in hand anymore, most people realise that!

  • Angela Norma MacDonald says:

I’m unsure why this woman is famous? Is she an actress or done something to society worth talking about? Physically, she is pretty, but society, give it a break? Lots of pretty folks out there. Beauty in “Hollywood” is SKIN DEEP. There is only 1 reason for wearing fur: either you’re ignorant or arrogant. PERIOD.

  • Darcy says:

Kim is a souless human being. She cares nothing for how the animals suffer for her vanity. Her sister Khloe is a fame whore as are all the Kardashians starting with that materialistic mother. Why PETA had Khloe do an ad is beyond me. Shw will do anything to be in the media. I applaud this woman. Kim is sooo empty inside. Shallow, cruel, and selfish

  • Fransie says:

Kim Kardashian is a total disgrace to society. Her obsession with fur makes me sick! Little spoilt brat Kimmy needs a wake up call.

  • Kay says:

Those girls are sick we know they are educated on what happens to these poor defenceless animals and yet they still think it’s ok to wear fur. Sick!! Please stop watching there show and buying there shit!!!

  • Vegan star says:

*Im glad it happened. I can’t stand people like her

  • Julie van Niekerk says:

Fake people wear real fur. Wake up Kim, you can only be pretty for a small period of time and them all will see how ugly you really are. Start with a new show – “Compassion for Animals” – maybe you will be remembered.

  • Charmian says:

Bwhahahahaha that’s awesome, who ever that chick is she rocks, shows you, you might have money but doesn’t mean you have brains

  • Tamla says:

PETA PLEASE READ: I can’t think of one Kardashian that adds any credibiblity to a PETA campaign. Choose quality over quantity. Let them stick to lipstick and fashion stuff but leave your celebrity endorsements for people who really care everyday, not just when cameras are rolling.

  • Dennis Carlson says:

We’re worried about Kardashian’s bruised ego while she wears the skins of animals who lived and died in agony? I think not!

  • evelyn says:

Ppl think this is considered bullying because its just ‘animals ‘ however, if humans were being skinned alive ppl like Kim would be getting the death penalty.
