Jermaine Dupri and Pleasure Ellis have joined the ranks of Russell Simmons, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), André 3000, Masta Killa, cleanse fans Jay-Z and Beyoncé, and many other members of the hip-hop community who have fallen for plant foods. Jermaine, who quietly went vegan a few years ago, has been filling up Instagram with pictures of tasty vegan dishes, such as “chicken” nuggets, vegan mac ‘n’ cheese, spicy kale salad, and zucchini cornbread.
