Exactly! That’s what I try to explain to people. No meal is worth of pain and suffering of an animal. This was a cool video and sheand her dogs seem very likable.

animals are angels.. they deserve to be alive and happy from the smallest to the biggest one…they are full of love not food…. MEAT IS MURDER LyricsThe Smiths ” …A death for no reason And death for no reason is MURDER…And the calf that you carve with a smile It is MURDER.And the turkey you festively slice It is MURDER Do you know how animals die? …”

It’s true eating a vegan diet is almost guaranteed to at least improve your health if it doesn’t help you shed excess weight in the process. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the past year since I’ve gone vegan without even trying. I also find myself wondering why people think they’re worthy of an animal’s suffering…I try not to be too forward but I’m always thinking along the lines of “How dare you?!”.

Agree wholeheartedly. Animals have the right to life just as we do.

“The easiest most delicious way to shed pounds and improve overall health is to go vegan.”That is so not true. The easiest and only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound. When I first went vegan I did lose weightbecause I had no idea what to eat. But there are so many wonderful processed vegan foods that I’ve gained several pounds now and am beyond aggravated. I guess the key to losing weight besides burning more calories than you take in is to focus on a whole foods plantbased diet to keep your hand out of the cookie jar to avoid things like pasta risotto and oilbutter and to exercise. Go vegan if you love animals but if you’re just doing it to lose weight once you gain a few pounds you’ll stop being vegan. And we don’t want that.
