Things are getting muy caliente at the PETA office during National Hispanic Heritage Month. We rounded up some of our favorite ads starring Latino supporters and created a slideshow hotter than the month of August.

From fighting fur and "fixing" animal homelessness to goring bullfighting and getting gorgeous with veggies, these Latin stars are true amigos to animals.

Soy de Argentina y es increible el trabajo k hace Peta, es necesaria la educacion sobre el respeto y compasion por todo ser vivo, ojala puedan abrir una filial aca en Argentina, se respeta muy poco a los animales y se usan pieles en los programas de television mas vistos. TO LILIANA SUAREZ, amiga, I am mexican and it is true what you are saying, but not all the people there are careless.. many people love animals.. many of us hate bullfighting. but in many countries, not only in Mexico, there is no culture nor proper education about animal rights..

To Juan C... I don't see any disgusting, bad taste, out of place etc, etc. stuff here. You are here to criticize but not for help? It is wonderful that famous people get naked to make people pay attention to something that really matters.. Your love for animals must be minimal.. so don't enter the site.

Jennifer Lopez will never get on this list as long as she keeps wearing fur and reptile skins! And she still does this even after PETA has sent her films of animals being tortured to death so she can wear their skins. What a heartless, cruel, vicious person she is.

I'm latina, vegetarian, very animal lover and I love the idea of encourage Latin people to have conscious and be more educated about animal rights, I think Hispanic people unfurtunally are not well educated to respect our beautiful creatures that are animals, I lived in Mexico since I was born until I was 21 years old and I remember seeing dogs and cats on streets, hungry, sick and nobody would care.........Congratulations for doing this article
