Football Fans Vote Against Michael Vick

PETA supporters have spoken, and they don't want Michael Vick on the cover of Madden NFL 2012. In the final round of ESPN's video-game cover contest, Vick lost out to the Cleveland Browns' Peyton Hillis.

Hillis' win is a victory for everyone who didn't want to send the message to the millions of children playing the game that someone who has fought dogs is acceptable cover material.

A suspected victim of dogfighting whom PETA staffers were able to rescue with the help of local law enforcement officials.

To continue taking a stand against dogfighting, please contact the Android marketing team and ask it to stop offering the cruel Dog Wars app.

What Vick did was wrong and immoral but everyone deserves a second chance. Also he served his time in prison. In the end, it was truly a terrible crime but it seems that everyone is forgetting that human lives are the more important then any animals life. I don't see anyone talking about all the HUMAN lives being lost through tragedies everyday

How can some people treat animals like this?! This is not what a Person would do! They live, they breath, they can love just like us, and some people make them fight each other just for fun? This is like slavery!I totally support standing against dog fighting!

OK Michael Vick you can afford to donate money to animal rescue centers and Peta! No amount of money will change the pain your actions regarding the abuse that took place on your property has done to those animals. Needless to say the people who have been affected by it too. To all the Vick supporters: It's a known fact that people who abuse animals sooner or later abuse and or kill humans. With that said Vick's next step is probably murder so when he kills a member or friend of your family let's see if we should just give him 3 years in prison instead of life or death. He should have served 10 years for each animal he abused or killed especially since some the animals were stolen pets and members of someones family. I can't wait till he ends up on trial again. H only ended up in prison because, he was CAUGHT!!!!

VICKS SUCKS! How would you like to have that abuse, pain, suffering and torture done to YOU????? Hmmmmmmm, didn't think so. Vick deserves the same torture he inflicted on those poor innocent animals ... it is only fair. He's only sorry and paying up because he got caught otherwise how many more dogs would have succumbed to his evil !@#$%^&* abuse???? Vick will always be condemned for the evil !@#$%^&* he inflicted on those poor dogs, they did what to deserve this evil abuse??? Please tell me, what did they ever do to him or to anyone else but to be there unconditionally for us????? Vicks doesn't deserve to be playing football PERIOD and making that much money, he doesn't deserve it PERIOD!
