Among the things that men prefer over fur are—bedbugs! A Glamour magazine poll of 1,000 guys shows that men would rather a girl have bugs in her bed than bunnies on her back. What else ranks higher than fur in men's estimation? Just about everything, actually—like crying in front of women, breaking up, and harem pants. And the number one outfit that makes boys' hearts jump? Jeans and a T-shirt. I guess we're not that different after all.

Fur doesn't just say that a woman is mean, but are hints that she could be high-maintenance, high-status seeking, a show-off, a snob and/or a gold digger. I'm sure that was part of what turned the guys off, and who could blame them? When so many are poor and suffering, spending money on the furs of tortured animals and wearing them is seriously messed up. It's no surprise to me that men find women who can hang out and chill in jeans and a T shirt more attractive.
