Today, as fans stood in line for hours at Rihanna's book-signing at the Fifth Avenue Barnes & Noble in New York City, one animal-loving fan asked the pop sensation an important question: "Would you consider going fur-free?" To the fan's delight, Rihanna replied, "I will."
Is Rihanna being sincere? Let's hope she will realize that fur is "rated R"—as in repulsive, rotten, and ruthless—and will leave animal corpses out of her closet for good. If so, we are ready to reach out to help. But only time will tell, and PETA will be keeping an eagle eye on what she wears. As you may know, Rihanna was included on PETA's Worst-Dressed List last year—if she follows her fan's advice, she may escape the dishonor this year.

That was so amazing of you to ask her to go fur-free! Rihanna appeared to not be listening though- hopfully she was. I cannot wait to see her go fur free!
I like Rhianna if she prefer to be beautiful and go fur-free
She should lead the way but also should genuinely have compassion for what happens to these poor creatures before they are wrapped around your shoulders
C'mon Rhianna drop the FUR until then no music of yours. Animals have rights also.
Just a thought...Rhianna got abuse....so you would think she would have compassion for the abuse of animals on fur farms??? Just a thought...
i really hope she follows through, its very important for celebrities to show a good example, kids look up to them and i am always infuriated by thier lack of compassion and ignorance when it comes to wearing fur!!!
That was brave of her to ask that. I'm so glad she did.
:DD
i don't think rihanna was listening to her properly as when your book signing, you want to get it over and done with, but if she does stop wearing fur then i might start to support her again!!!!
Rhianna is so cute but I really can't support her unless she drops the nasty fur!
