There is a very similar situation on Daniel Road in Wareham Massachusetts. The website referenced above has a several videos - including one of a cat with a horrible tumor. Dozens of dead kitten bodies are found in the area each year. A number of years ago 200 cats were removed from the area and the population is on the rise again with little to no response from local authorities. Very unfortunate.
