A Must-Have Bag for Fur Hags

Anyone who has ever watched a rerun of the '70's game show Let's Make a Deal knows that women can pack some pretty weird stuff into their pocketbooks, but I've never seen anyone pull animal entrails out of her purse. Until now:

Along the same lines as one of our hard-hitting—or, um, creative—anti-fur TV spots, this video from the International Anti-Fur Coalition should make you want to walk up to every fur-wearer you see and say, "Let's make a deal": Pledge to ditch all animal skins and pick something from behind curtain number one instead.

Cynthia not trying to be disrespectful but fur and leather are treated with lots If toxic chemicals so it lasts longer making it very damaging to the atmospheres and bodies of water. And environmentally friendly doesn't make slaughter right.

This commercial has actually been flighted on a South African station in December '09 and also in Israel. It's also planned to be aired in France.

Mike do YOU realize that it won't matter this add will still be boycotted because it's violent? PETA also is known for similar ads so my point is indeed valid. It's really food for thought on the side of PETA as well if they ever want ads actually put on TV and the like.

Fur and leather is more environmentally friendly because it decomposes alot quicker all the other non animal products. However what matters to me is how the animal is treated at the time of its killing. Also what do the fur farms do with the rest of of the bodie their are plenty of indian trading post that can use the parts.

John actually I do know a bit about the fur industry and myself am not fond of any fur nowadays because there is no use for it. That said IMHO this will not run on any networks because of the violence. PETA needs to tone them down enough to let the FCC codes approve them because otherwise stations will boycott them over paying the hefty fines. So yes I will see how many stations boycott them and if it's because they're too violent.

RALPH you obviously know very little....what is really violent is the fur industry the world's largest and most bloody industry on the face of this planet. This advert is amazing and the only problem is we need more of them!
