The other day, I told you about vegetarian extreme fighter Jake Shields. You know what else is extreme? Professional arm-wrestling!

Specifically, vegan professional arm-wrestler Rob Bigwood is pretty awesome.

He had a special sponsor for this weekend's Big Apple Grapple—yes, us! And, we have to say, we're pretty proud—Rob took second place on both arms in his class! Check out the video.

Look at those guns! More importantly, look at the shirt! Way to represent, Rob; you've done animals proud!

Im not radical Veganism is hardly a luxury. Animal agriculture is screwing up the planet read the United Nations' report "Livestock's Long Shadow". If there's any hope of saving the environment a LOT more of us have to go vegan necessity not luxury. Anyway good work Rob! how many supplements does he take and how many grams of protein does he consume a day to maintain these "guns"? is it economicalsustainable? probably not. exotically huge muscles are a luxuryproduct of the western world. so is veganism.
