It's time to get into the fur-free spirit! November 25 (the day after Thanksgiving) is Fur-Free Friday—the day on which animal advocates all around the globe will educate holiday shoppers about the cruel fur and leather industries. Every year, the fur industry heartlessly kills 50 million animals—many of whom are skinned alive. The leather industry is no friend to animals either—the global leather industry slaughters more than a billion animals annually.
Last year, we kicked off the season with 250 registered Fur-Free Friday events around the globe! Want to take part in the Fur-Free Friday festivities this year? It's simple!
