60 days*–23 months of employment: 10 days per year, accrues at 3.08 hours per pay period24–59 months of employment: 15 days per year, accrues at 4.62 hours per pay period 60 or more months of employment: 20 days per year, accrues at 6.15 hours per pay period
*Staff members begin accruing paid time off (vacation and sick) on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Flex Plan
This allows staff members to make contributions with pre-tax dollars to the following benefits*:

The consumption and wearing of animal products in PETA offices is prohibited.
A "No Smoking" policy is in effect in PETA offices.
