Travel for PETA

peta2 Concert Tour Crew

PETA is seeking outgoing, energetic crew members to tour for its youth division, peta2.  Activities will include traveling full time on concert tours, attending festivals, and participating in other events.

As a part of this team, you will represent the peta2 program to young people, delivering a strong message against cruelty to animals that will inspire others to get active by participating in peta2′s mobile texting campaigns, distributing literature, and watching animal rights videos. There will be opportunities to travel with teams to multiple cities and states and possibly even Canada.  Along with other perks, crew members will receive a $365 weekly stipend.

Each peta2 concert tour crew member must be:

  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Knowledgeable about animal rights
  • Prepared and able to commit to traveling extensively for up to three months at a time
  • Outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers
  • At least 21 years of age
  • A careful driver with a clean driving record of at least three years and no major violations in the last five years
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Able to travel to Canada
  • Supportive of PETA’s philosophy and able to proficiently advocate PETA’s positions on animal issues

peta2 Campus Outreach Crew

PETA’s youth division, peta2, is seeking outgoing, energetic crew members to travel to colleges and universities across North America with its campus outreach crew.

Crew members will work alongside peta2 staffers, interns, and student activists to start a buzz on college campuses about animal rights and a vegan lifestyle. They will distribute literature and DVDs, gather signatures for campus-focused petitions, hang fliers, and generate campus media coverage. The crew travels to schools across North America all throughout the school year. Crew members will receive a $320 weekly stipend.

Each campus outreach crew member must be:

  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Prepared and able to travel extensively for up to three months at a time
  • At least 21 years of age
  • A careful driver with a clean driving record of at least three years and no major violations in the last five years
  • Able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly
  • Supportive of PETA’s philosophy and able to proficiently advocate PETA’s positions on animal issues
  • Able to travel to Canada

peta2 ‘Glass Walls’ Exhibit Crew

PETA’s youth division, peta2, is seeking outgoing, energetic crew members to travel to colleges and universities across North America as part of its “Glass Walls” exhibit crew.

Crew members will work alongside peta2 staffers, interns, and student activists to generate buzz on college campuses about animal rights and a vegan lifestyle. They will help set up our enormous 20-foot-by-30-foot inflatable tent, inside which students will be put in the position of animals in the meat industry by sitting in gestation crates and will be able to watch a new high-definition immersive version of PETA’s powerful “Glass Walls” exposé. Crew members will receive a $320 weekly stipend.

Each ‘Glass Walls’ crew member must be:

  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Prepared and able to travel extensively for up to three months at a time
  • At least 21 years of age
  • A careful driver with a clean driving record of at least three years and no major violations in the last five years
  • Able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly
