Following a request from PETA, Sun Basket started offering a vegan meal plan as one of its meal-kit delivery-service options. It includes deconstructed samosas with chickpeas, new potatoes, and peas; three-mushroom risotto with wilted greens and hazelnuts; and mu shu lettuce cups with braised tofu and wood ear mushrooms.
