Einstein Bros. Bagels (the largest bagel chain in the U.S.), Bruegger’s, and Noah’s New York Bagels went nationwide with Daiya vegan cream cheese for a trial period at hundreds of locations. Stumptown Coffee Roasters Expands Vegan Food Offerings
