Panda Express made its Eggplant Tofu, Chow Mein, Vegetable Spring Roll, and Super Greens dishes vegan following talks with PETA and action alerts that generated over 234,000 actions.

After discussions with PETA, GRAMMY Awards organizer the Recording Academy has agreed to make this year’s after-party menu vegan-friendly! Attendees can expect to feast on a variety of delicious, plant-based dishes, including crisp salads using seasonal ingredients, spaghetti di zucca with mouthwatering zucchini blossoms, and vegan desserts.

Einstein Bros. Bagels (the largest bagel chain in the U.S.), Bruegger’s, and Noah’s New York Bagels went nationwide with Daiya vegan cream cheese for a trial period at hundreds of locations. PETA has been urging the company to do this since 2015, including with a letter from actor Lisa Edelstein and a petition.

Following urging from PETA, Chobani has added a line of vegan yogurts.

Following ongoing talks with PETA about vegan options, Stumptown Coffee Roasters launched new vegan pastries at its Los Angeles location. Seasonally rotating hot and cold meal options include Vegan Roasted Carrots and Broccolini, Forbidden Grain Bowl, strawberry chia pudding, and Winsome granola. Chicago is now the only city in which Stumptown doesn’t offer vegan foods.

Panera has launched a new vegan soup: Ten Vegetable Soup. This follows ongoing engagement with PETA, which has been providing advice about vegan offerings, including encouraging the chain to have more consistent seasonal vegan soup options.
